Q Can you help me download or update my Aadhaar?
We provide step-by-step guides that walk you through the process, but we cannot perform any Aadhaar actions on your behalf. Please follow our guides and use the official UIDAI portal or mAadhaar app to complete the process yourself.
Q My Aadhaar OTP or biometric authentication is failing. Can you fix it?
We do not have access to UIDAI systems. However, we have a detailed guide on fixing Aadhaar authentication failures. If the issue persists, please contact UIDAI's helpline at 1947.
Q Someone is asking for money to process my Aadhaar. Is this legitimate?
No. Aadhaar services through UIDAI are free or have minimal official charges (like ₹50 for PVC card). We never charge for any information. If someone demands money claiming to offer Aadhaar services, it is likely a scam. Report it to the cybercrime helpline at 1930.
